HopeWay's Fourth Anniversary

Today marks HopeWay’s fourth anniversary!
The facility welcomed its first client on Nov. 30, 2016 and has served more than 1,500 clients from 31 states and 2 other countries to date.
The following are some of HopeWay’s key achievements and outcomes over the past four years:

Received The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval and Behavioral Health Home Certification in 2017.

Became in-network with seven major insurance carriers.

Recruited a highly qualified staff of over 100.

Awarded over $1.7 million of financial assistance since opening for people to more easily access HopeWay’s services.

Expanded services to meet the growing need in the community through additional options for day treatment, HopeWay Psychiatry & Associates outpatient clinic, and an upcoming Veterans Program.

Purchased seven acres of land adjacent to existing campus to grow services in the future.

Hosted three annual community educational events.

Formed partnership with UNC-Chapel Hill Department of Psychiatry, School of Medicine to have data collected during its first year independently analyzed and to further develop a program for ongoing data collection and analysis to measure HopeWay’s impact and outcomes.
We are very proud about the extraordinary mental health care we provide and the impact HopeWay has had on individuals, families and the community since opening four years ago.
